If an incorrect item has been received - one which has been sent in error we will cover minimal return costs usually second class if another method is used we will only cover the minimal cost of return. once received and confirmed the item is faulty we will refund or replace. Faulty items should be returned within 7 days of informing us of the fault at the buyers expense. For all faulty items on receipt you must inform us within 7 days via bob messaging system only, where we will then advise of the returns procedure. the buyer is responsible for all return postage and packing charges at their expense unless wrong item is sent. We offer a 7 day returns policy on items on items not required, as after 7 days we will assume that the item is satisfactory and any requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
